VESTAL, N.Y. -- Vestal Police said a razor or box cutter was the weapon used during a fight between two men at the Towne Square Mall. One man was cut on the neck and taken to Lourdes Hospital.

We're told his injuries are not life threatening. The fight happened just outside Lowe's Theatre Monday evening.
