LIVERPOOL, N.Y. -- Sainte Marie Among the Iroquois Living History Museum hosted its Winterfest this weekend. The dog sledding demonstration was the main attraction. Visitors also had a chance to see how blacksmithing and bread making were done when the early settlers arrived.
"We not only teach history here, we teach history and make it fun. We bring it to life. And that draws people of all ages and it's absolutely fun and entertaining for everybody,” said Michael Sutton, Sainte Marie Volunteer Coordinator.
