Cirino was also asked if he knew Officer Lindsey. Cirino said he had been arrested by Lindsey in 2001 and said he was a good person and wasn't bad.

Utica Police's chief investigator in the Lindsey Homicide also took the stand.
He said things changed after Cirino gave all this information to investigators.
Defense Attorney Rebecca Whittman asked investigator Robert Kopek "In your mind as lead investigator, he did not become the prime suspect on April 21st when Sammy Rivera identified him?"
Kopek said, 'Well, he was a strong suspect I guess, and he just put it over the top with that story on the 14th."
Testimony continues Tuesday, and the judge said the jury will get the case by Wednesday to determine a verdict.
