CARTHAGE, N.Y. -- It was all about being healthy at Carthage High School Monday. The school hosted its second annual Wellness Fair.

Faculty and staff, along with health providers throughout the community, came together to promote healthy living.

Organizers said it's important for people to take measures in their daily routine to stay healthy.

"Wellness is something that's very, very highly thought of at this point in our development, and we're finding out that the more opportunities we can offer people to increase their wellness then the better off the community is going to be and the health of the area's going to be," said organizer Kirk Ventiquattro.

Many in attendance took advantage of the free chair massage!
