Fowler grad takes home $100k scholarship

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- High schools across the state held their graduation ceremonies this weekend. Fowler High School in Syracuse held its Saturday at the Civic Center.

Hundreds of students walked across the stage and received their diplomas. Some were also awarded scholarships.

High schools across the state are holding their graduation ceremonies this weekend. Fowler High School in Syracuse held its Saturday at the Civic Center.
One of the highlights of the day was a $100,000 scholarship handed out to Aisha Gadson. The young woman will receive $50,000 for undergraduate school and $50,000 more for graduate work, as she gets ready to attend RIT.
