MADISON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Madison County judge dismisses the charges against two Morrisville-Eaton school teachers.

Katie Frawley, 26, and Maureen Van Vechten, 36, were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.

Police said the teachers served alcohol to an 18-year-old senior at Van Vechten's house back in February.

The teachers' defense attorney said they had solid alibis which led to the dismissal.
