JORDAN, N.Y. -- A 14-foot python is back where he belongs after more than two days on the loose in the Jordan-Elbridge area.

Dante, an 80-pound Burmese python slithered out of his cage sometime Monday. He lives at the MaxMan Reptile Rescue Center in Jordan.

The owner of the center, Diana Sleiertin believes someone cut the bungee cords on the snake's cage, letting him get out. She says other cages were also vandalized and she's still missing a 16-inch iguana.
