ROME, N.Y. -- Anthony and Barb LoVaglio said an addition to their house has mistakes just like those at Raven Rock estates. They said Legend Developer Manager David Vickers is the one to blame.

"Well, when you walk in the door, I got four cracked tiles and two over here. We told him about it and he never came and fixed it," said Anthony LoVaglio.

The LoVaglios said they spent close to $120,000 on their home expansion and in the past seven years, they've spent close to $3,000 in repairs to try and fix some of the mistakes.

"I would just like to see him correct our problems as well as Raven Rock. I can really sympathize with them," said Barb LoVaglio.

Another homeowner speaks out about Legend Developers, the same company that has a notice of claim in court against them, alleging improper construction from homeowners at Raven Rock Estates. News 10 Now's Jim McCann has more.

Vickers who declined to be on camera, said the LoVaglio's only contacted him about their problems about the tile one time and that he fixed that as well as their toilet. He said the other complaints such as the floor not being completely flat are all new to him.

The LoVaglio's said that's not true.

"I'll be over, I'll be over, I'll be over and every time we call, we don't get no results," Barb LoVaglio.

Vickers said he would give them new tiles now if they asked for them. He said when you put new into old, nothing will be perfect and that he stands by his work at both Raven Rock and the LoVaglio's.

The LoVaglio's have not yet filed a notice of claim.

Vickers also said he offered to give one homeowner at Raven Rock estates his money back four or five times because of the complaints. He said the homeowner never accepted.
