ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Central New York contractor is arrested for allegedly quitting jobs he was paid to complete. State police said Dave Bourlier, Owner of Arrowhead Garage Builders was paid to build garages in Baldwinsville, Liverpool and Phoenix.
They said he never finished the work, and didn't pay his clients back either. Bourlier is charged with three counts of Grand Larceny and one count of scheming to defraud.
He was sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $5,000 cash bail.

This makes the fourth arrest for Bourlier in the last month. He pleaded guilty last month to grand larceny charges for similar circumstances in Oswego County.
Arrowhead Garage Builders has also had at least 9 complaints filed against them according to the Better Business Bureau.
