STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Pennsylvania woman is accused of illegally collecting worker's compensation benefits while she was working at a Corning Hotel.

According to the New York State Insurance Department, Joanne Lee Wilber, 50, of Lawrenceville collected nearly $11,000 between March of last year and this past April for a 2001 injury that she claimed left her unable to work. However, investigators say she was working at the Stay Bridge Suits during that time period.

Wilber is charged with grand larceny. If convicted, she faces up to seven years in prison.
