NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Sheriff's deputies have tracked down the person they say was involved in a road rage incident this past weekend. Ronald Dalton, 30, of North Syracuse was arrested and charged with assault in connection with Saturday morning's attack.

Investigators say the incident began when Dalton cut off another driver on East Circle Drive. He then allegedly confronted the man at an intersection, pulling out a knife and slicing him in the face and shoulder before fleeing the scene.
