NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- New Hartford police are investigating a three car accident that seriously injured one person. They say it happened Tuesday afternoon around 2:00 at the corner of Mohawk Street and Roberts Road.
Police say Alan Cohen, 54, was driving with a funeral procession when he was hit by James Primarolo, 18. Primarolo then spun around, hitting a third car before coming to a stop.
A passenger in one of the cars was taken to the hospital with head injuries. All other injuries were minor.
No tickets have been issued in the accident.
