Joseph M. Bisesi III
ELBRIDGE, N.Y. -- State Police have released more details about the murder of an Elbridge couple. Investigators say Joseph and JoEllen Bisesi were killed by their son Sunday, but their bodies were not discovered until Tuesday afternoon.
Bisesi's daughter Gina told police she asked her cousin William Kirby to check on her parents because she was concerned after not hearing from them since Sunday. State Police say Kirby discovered what looked like a torso protruding from the plastic stand pipe covering the septic tank. State Police later arrived and found the rest of Joseph and JoEllen Bisesi's remains inside the septic tank.
