State of emergency lifted in Delaware County

SOUTHERN TIER, N.Y. -- Delaware County is no longer under a state of emergency. The area of Colechester and Roscoe were hit hard by flash floods earlier this week.

Washed out roads and bridges forced the county to declare a state of emergency while crews cleaned up the mess.

This same area only recently rebuilt some of those roads after massive flooding last summer.
