PENNSYLVANIA -- One teenager is dead and another in the hospital after a car crash in Northern Pennsylvania. State Police say a 17-year-old driver was headed north on State Route 872 when they crossed into the southbound lane and hit a Chevy truck.
No one was hurt in the other vehicle, but Matthew Vossler, 19, of Austin, Pennsylvania, who was in the passenger seat of the first car, was killed. It is not known why the driver veered.
Police are also not releasing the driver's name. They do say that the teen was flown to Altoona Hospital via life flight.
