A home owner in Liverpool is thankful his home was spared from damage after a large tree fell in his front yard.
A few large branches on an old tree came down on top of power lines blocking off a portion of 5th Street near Oswego Street.
"I think we're very lucky that the tree didn't come down on top of the house. It came close. It did hit my wife's car. And, we'll deal with the insurance on that. I'm just glad no one got hurt and it didn't land on the house,” said Leo Williams, a Liverpool resident.
Williams told us he was surprised he never lost power throughout the morning.
