EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Central New York restaurant is letting you take their dining experience home. Joey's Restaurant in East Syracuse is celebrating its 25th anniversary by publishing a cookbook.
The book is a mirror image of the food on the menu. Inside, you'll also find owner Joey DeCuffa's autobiography of growing up in the restaurant business.

"People always ask me about recipes and everyone says you know, you're giving away all your secrets. I'm not giving them away. I'm selling them,” DeCuffa joked. “But I'm not worried about it. After 25 years, you know they're still going to experience the restaurant, you know. But they can take a piece of that home with them."
Right now, the book is only available at Joey's Restaurant, but there are plans to make it available in retail stores.
