MEXICO, N.Y. -- -- An arrest has been made in connection with a car accident that left a man dead and teenage girl seriously injured. Police have arrested Alexander Naugle of Mexico for his role in the accident.
Police say Naugle purchased beer for three people under the age of 21, including 20-year-old Shane Hammond and 17-year-old Kori Gushlaw. Gushlaw later drove from Naugle's West Stone Road residence and crashed, killing Hammond.
