Another sentencing for Toussaint Davis

UTICA, N.Y. -- A 300-year-long sentence gets even longer for the man convicted in a New Hartford Police officer's death.


Toussaint Davis was sentenced Wednesday morning to another nine to 28 years in prison for identity theft.


Earlier this year, a judge sentenced Davis to 300 years behind bars for the death of officer Joseph Corr.

A 300-year-long sentence gets even longer for a man convicted in a New Hartford Police officer's death.

Davis was tried and convicted in that case under the name John Healy, an identity he stole from a Pennsylvania man.


Davis has 30 days to appeal his sentencing.
