A Clay man is arrested and charged after shooting a shotgun outside his home. Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies said Michael LeBlanc, 46, fired one shot from his shotgun and hit his neighbor’s car door.

Cordes sentenced for Skaneateles boat crash
