KIRKLAND, N.Y. -- Kirkland police make an arrest after a reported robbery. They say just before 8 p.m. Monday they were dispatched to an armed robbery in the Town of Kirkland.

Nathan Lee said he was making a pizza delivery when a male allegedly came up to him, pointed a gun at him and demanded his wallet and the money he had from the deliveries. Upon further investigation Lee admitted the report was false and he had taken the money.

Lee was charged with falsely reporting an incident and petit larceny.
